It's about time sesshomaru realizes he's in love with her. I hope he's able to find her! 

Oh damn, I just knew it!!! I kept going over the people that Kagome would have known during her stay with Sesshoumaru and then it hit me she had gone to InuYasha memorial in Edo when she had that (er hm) encounter with that guy she slept with.

Now she's gotten herself in quite a twist here and with immient weather following Sesshoumaru...oh dear, our little Kagome just may have really done it this time...he wants to keep her and Sesshoumaru has just discovered his true feelings for her. I feel sorry for the guy once Sesshoumaru gets a scent of him on the trail. This man's scent he knows and will most definitely have a feral fit over once he finds he's kidnapped his woman. Hello feral Sesshoumaru's inner youkai...die scum!!!

Great chapter, Moonlight. Sorry I'm not so lengthy in review but I wasn't supposed to be up reading when PJ and Paris took off to get my meds, I was too tired from running errands and going to my doctor yesterday to stay awake enough to go with them today. Don't tell PJ and hopefully she won't look for my review to see if I was up when I just couldn't help reading my friend's fic when I peeked in for updates. See, you just too irresistable! On my, Kagome simply can't stay out of trouble. Why did she decide to attack the man if she has no courage to kill him? It was pure stupidity, despide her willingness to help Sesshoumaru. And I have a suspicion of who might be this man. I'll look forward to the next chapter.

Oh and things were going so well for a little while. Baka, Kagome!!! You promised to stay put and stay safe so he wouldn't have to worry over you. Boy when he gets his hands on her she'll have a very upset inu to deal with and punishment too. She knows better, but I can understand her want and need to help him and in a way, prove herself to him, but this wasn't the right time, I think.

Just how long has it been since she fought? Had she been keeping up her training and keeping in shape? Now poor Kagome's in trouble and will Sesshoumaru get to her on time and it almost sounded as if she might have known the person?!? Hmmm, very interesting indeed.

Sorry I haven't reviewed in a while ,my friend. I've being sick and RL has been turned upside down again. I'm just starting to feel better now. I really liked this alot. Kagome is finally trying to let herself live in the moment and enjoy her time with Sesshoumaru.

This chapter was most telling. I totally agree with Sesshoumaru that Kagome is allowing what she had and didn't have with InuYasha to consume her to the point of destruction, if she continues to allow it.

I absolutely LOVED the comment he made to her after biting her deeply on her lips, "Mourn for what is real and not for things that have no value in your life."

I fully understand her mourning as I, too, am a woman that would totally break down if I lost my husband. He is my world, my life and we've shared all the ups and downs together and never let anything come between our love for each other. But Kagome has been mourning so depressingly for, what's it been now, a year? She finally decides to move on with her life and try to forge a new future for herself and then here is another blow to her fragile frame of mind. Now she has to deal with her husband's sterility being known by him after the first 10 years of marriage. That's a lie to her and she has the right to be angry and hurt that he knew and didn't tell her and Sessh just happens to be the one she's taking this out on.

InuYasha loved Kagome so much that he wanted to give her everything he could and I believe that he was fearful in telling her because he knew just how much having a family meant to her. He didn't want to see the sadness and possibly, regret in her eyes after she decided to stay in the Feudal Era and marry him. InuYasha often made the wrong decisions for the right reasons according to his mind. If she just sits alone for a while and takes all of what Sesshoumaru told her and remembers all she knows of her time knowing InuYasha, she come to understand that he didn't intentionally 'lie' to her but he wanted to spare her the grief that he found out when he asked Sesshoumaru about it.

I also think she'll come to see that Sesshoumaru wasn't taking her grief lightly but that it just isn't his way to destroy oneself over what can't be changed. This couldn't have been easy for him to tell her all these things she wanted to know either, but if he gives her this time to absorb all this new information, she'll see that he's not hurting her intentionally, it's just his way of handling things and he's never been in love before so it angers him that she is still grieving over his brother to the point of destruction.

You've done excellent work with this chapter too. You are getting better, my friend. This was most excellent work and the drama... fantastic!!! I really miss talking with you. We've been online at different times. Sorry I over reviewed but I just can't help telling you how I see things as they happen. I really do get overly involved in my favorite fics.    JEN

I sat up half the night reading this story [I am an insominac] and like your other stories that I have read, you seem to a have method to your madness in plotting unique twists and turns. This has not disappoint. I start reading and then I say to myself "hey, I like this story" then I'm hooked. I love the fascinating explanation you came up with for Inuyasha's sterility. Although, this chapter was a bit depressing, it was really a good piece of writing as with the whole story thus far. But I know you are going to have a twist in there somewhere. LOL  :)

Cannot wait for another chapter, hope it comes soon.  Excellent writing and storytelling!

Very logical explanation. Does this mean that any offspring born between them will be sterile too or could her miko powers interfere with it? Poor Kagome, must be difficult for her to learn that all this time Inuyasha was hiding the truth from her, letting her think that it was just fate, when the thing that she wanted most was to form a family with him. But I can understand his reasons, for knowing the truth so soon in their relationship, she would be more miserable every day, leading to bitterness. Great chapter and until the next.

Kinda depressing, but I liked it anyway.
