First I must apologize for not reviewing. I have been reading but never left a comment. I love the twist and turns of this story. It always leaves the reader second guessing thier views on what is going to happen. I can't wait for you to update again.

I don't know whether or not I've reviewed recently, but I feel so bad for Sesshoumaru.  It seems as though he never figured out the riddle.  I have to wonder why Hisoka didn't return though.  Maybe he was caught up in the well and went with Kagome.  I'm glad that Sesshoumaru still takes his vow seriously and I have to wonder about the 'partial claiming'.  It really makes me want to see more of Kagome's  time in the more distant past.  ^_^

Kagome's the dish and Hisoka's the spoon? :)  Poor Sesshoumaru has been suffering with this mystery for centuries.  I'm still so curious as to how developed his feeling for Kagome were before he left, he was just a bit older than Shippo, right? So it would have been more or less like a childish crush? (Yet at the same time, he was her protector. How intriguing)

hahaha...this is quite funny actually. At least they are getting somewhere. I am actually quite excited for the reunion between older Sesshoumaru and Kagome and to see how that will go. I can't wait til this mystery is unraveled :)

I love this story and the new side of Sesshomaru you show, both when he's a child and when he's an adult. I also enjoy the way you've painted the world he grew up in. The title for this chapter was so fitting. Although the entire time I was reading it I couldn't help but hear the refrain: Hey diddle, diddle, the cat and the fiddle: and laugh. I also really enjoyed the way you had Sesshomaru take that glance to Inuyasha, then to Tetsusaiga, then back to Inuyasha before he said "I hate riddles." Priceless!
