I can't wait to see what happens next and maybe Sesshoumaru dealing with the idea that her parents don't think he can fully protect her :)

Shu is trying to protect his daughter. At first I thought he might seal the well but thankfully he didn't. So now kagome is going to be much more prepared for sengoku jidai. Will kagome's miko powers show up as she practices with her bow or will that come later as she gets older? Will Shu be around for kagome as she gets older or will he be gone?

I'd love another ten chapter update. I also liked how they moved the story along and wern't just a bunch of fluff.

I'm really enjoying this interaction between Kagome and her father. There aren't many stories that have him in her life, let alone actually teaching her something she will use daily in the future. It's going to be sad isn't it, you are totally going to make me cry in a later chapter aren't you Sama!? I know it's going to happen. Oh the sad, sad! Warn me to get the tissues first. -Sniffles-
