Hello! So, in honor of Valentine's Day and because I've been dying to post this challenge up, I have a challenge! First, I'll explain what the challenge entails, and then the rules and regulations!

Two years ago, one of my good guy friends decided to make fun of my love life and the rather bad luck I was having with all the guys who had taken an interest in me. As a joke, he gave me a gift right before Thanksgiving. It was a picture on an index card of stick figure me and a line of nine stick figure men each holding flowers. All around the picture was a border that read "You got 9". Thinking back on that, I decided to host a challenge that reflects this.

Kagome gets a list from Sesshomaru that contains anywhere from 4-9 suitors. Sesshomaru sets her up on dates with each suitor and at the end she ends up choosing one out of the 4-9 as her new guy. For this prompt, I want you to know that it doesn't have to be a romantic SessxKag pairing. As long as the two are the main characters, you make sure she gets that list and dates from Sesshomaru, and she ends up with someone at the end you fulfilled it.

As for the rest of the rules:
1- Only onehsots, drabble stories, or fanart (if you can pull that off) are allowed. NO chapter stories since I kind of want this challenge to be a short lived one. Oneshots should be at least 2.000 words.
2- The challenge starts today and ends on Feb. 28th at midnight eastern time (US). That means that if you are in England, the challenge starts as soon as this is posted and ends at 5:00 AM March 1st. Before I get complaints about this being unfair- everyone has exactly the same number of hours to work on this. It just so happens that due to a thing called time-zones, the times at which the challenge begins and ends are different.
3- I don't care if the story is AU or Canon. I also don't care if (as noted above) it's not a SessxKag pairing at the end.
4- You will get a banner. I have no idea how to make one so any and all help and tips will be appreciated!

I use the online image editor BeFunky, where you can take any picture (from the web or your computer) and can put type and details on it - its very easy to use, I find.
This challenge sounds cool, I'm not supposed to be doing any writing at all, but I really want to give this a go!

Ooh that sounds wonderful! I'll definitely look into that. If you do have time, I look forward to reading your story!
