I read this fic over a year ago, so the details I can offer are sketchy at best, so here goes:
It was definitely AU. Sesshoumaru is married to Kagura, who's a lying cheating drugged up mess. He applies for divorce and moves in with Kagome for the duration of the court proceedings. Kagome was either an old friend or past flame. He and Kagome fall in love, she gets pregnant, Sesshoumaru commits to her and buys a house, they live happily ever after yada yada.
Some minor details (don't even ask why I can remember these): he paints his house in warm grey tones for Kagome and his new child. Kagura claims pregnancy to stop the divorce. She was also a vegan and forced Sesshoumaru to give up meat which made him ill. He and Kagome meet again over a hamburger.
I think I read this on A Single Spark but I have no clue where to start looking.
