I'm searching for a fic (surprise surprise). I think I've read it on FFnet, it had only 4 chapters (Spring Summer Autumn Winter), and if I remember correctly it was set before the final battle. It featured Kagome and Sesshomaru conversing with each other throughout each season, slowly growing fond of each other. It didn't end with them starting a relationship but heading to the battle not knowing if they would come out alive or dead (or something similar). I read it ages ago and I cannot find it anywhere.
