Emails 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 4
Is there still no update on the issues with emails? I've got members coming to me on Ao3 asking for help because they're trying to reset their password to even log on, and it says an email has been sent out, but none have. They're getting super frustrated with the lack of emails/help. We still aren't getting update emails either. Is this every going to get fixed?

Sadly, probably not. Mith says he can't fix it. I don't know anyone else who is conversant with Joomla. We aren't getting any donations, and I'm paying to keep the site open out of my own pocket. So, yeah... probably not gonna get fixed, sorry!!

The cost of fixing?

How much is needed in donations for the site to run without you paying out of pocket?

Thanks for the heads up on the Supporters page. I've been wanting to make regular donations, but wasnt sure if the information was still correct.

The last bigger fundraiser was in 2020 and at least back then the donation via paypal to the email address provided on supporters page was still the valid way to donate.
