Submitted for Smitt's FanArt Challenge. I will be writing a Horrorshot using the above portrayed monster for the contest as well.
The creature is roughly Mukotsu sized, uses it's horn for sensory detection since it has a weird eye with three pupils, and using three tentacles for grappling while the other two tentacles each have three mouths using for eating.
Since this is a Tentacle Creature involving an Anime, the preferred meal (of course) are sexy young female humans. Especially their guts. Kagome's Midriff has been included for size and bit mark comparison.
