OMG Hair is Ebil >.< LOL Anywho here it is, r0o's Concept Kaggie: Feathers. As always mad props to her and her plunny cluttered brain for coming up with the idea and posting the linearts for us to colors.
I'm loving the pastel type greens cuz you don't see her with that kind of green, ever. And as i said before, hair is ebil lol
Anywho hope ya like it! Oh yeah and huge shoutout to Shadow for coming up with the background idea... sorry it's not a waterfall Shadow LOL
Edit: Just to clarify (sorry i didn't do this before when i should have- i iz a bad Whisper) The cloud, grass, and flowers are all pre-made brushes that i do NOT own, they were made by other artists and posted for usage
