“No.” A strict, one-worded do-not-insist anymore no. There was simply no way to convince him otherwise.
“But, I'm your mate now. You shouldn’t keep secrets from me. I want to know what’s in there.” I was of course referring to the hidden room I had discovered in a book at the Castle’s library titled “God of gates and doorways”. Clever place to hide a room, but I had found it and wanted to know what was in there.
