He needed someone. Someone that understood him.

Sesshomaru got out of his car and walked towards the school building. Yes, he became a teacher in this time. The job was highly annoying however, it was also very heart warming. Every few years you would get a child who truly wanted to learn or get good enough marks to get to a specific college.

Walking into the classroom, he headed for the teacher's desk but stopped at a familiar scent. Looking up, he saw someone he never expected to see again.

"Miko?" He whispered.

Even the gods thought he needed someone to love. Even in his long life.
