He’s always been there. For as long as I remember, I’ve seen the inu no yuki, as I called him, everywhere I went. When we went to visit Ikebukuro or Karakura he be there running next to the car. Strangely, it seems that I’m the only one who can see him. When I asked Mamma and Souta about it, they both told me I was imagining things. Souta was two when he told me that. After that, I stopped telling them about the great white dog that bounded over roads and trees with a grace from the Kami. Yuki went everywhere with us, except home.
