A Kitten Named Kagome

CONTENT WARNING! PLEASE READ!
This story is going to contain strong D/s undertones and venture into the realm of something called animal roleplay. No, that is not bestiality and has nothing to do with it in the traditional sense though some may perceive it as similar in nature because of what is involved. If you don’t know what it is, I strongly suggest that you look it up and familiarize yourself with it so as not to get squicked by something you find distasteful. This is also a threesome/moresome story, not a single pairing. It will contain elements of oral, anal, some BDSM, D/s, humiliation, yaoi, manipulation, what could be considered dubious consent, adult toys of an extreme nature, drugging of a surreptitious nature without consent and incest. Any other things that come into play that aren’t listed here will be tagged at the top of the chapter I use them in. Heed the tags as I post them so you don’t read something that makes you uncomfortable or you don’t like. And, no, at first, Sesshomaru isn’t going to be a nice being and do some things many may find upsetting, I’m giving you fair warning.
With all that being said and out of the way… Have fun and enjoy!

Chapter 1
Contains dialog and settings from the Inuyasha anime episode 7: Showdown! Inuyasha vs. Sesshomaru
After climbing out of the bones that were the tomb of Inuyasha’s father, Kagome coughed and choked from the fumes of Sesshomaru’s poison. Once she was in the fresh air, she felt better, wiping her streaming, irritated eyes. Glancing back, ignoring Myoga and anything he was saying, she waited for Inuyasha to exit as well, worried about her dog-eared friend. Sure, she knew by now that he could withstand things that no human could and come out fine but the fumes from Sesshomaru’s poison were a bit different. Even Inuyasha and Myoga had been affected by it. Now, she was really worried.
Seeing Sesshomaru burst out of the shoulder armor of the bone tomb with Inuyasha in his mouth, she screamed his name, worried about him. From her perspective, it didn’t look like the battle was going well for Inuyasha. Sesshomaru, in his true form, a massive white dog, seemed to be the one that was coming out on top despite Inuyasha’s bluster in the tomb. Nor did the sword she had given him seem to be helping matters at all.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity to her, the giant dog let go of Inuyasha, dropping him, blinking rapidly from a poke in the eye delivered by the sword wielded by Inuyasha. Landing deftly, as he always did, in front of her and the flea demon on the armor, sword still in hand, Inuyasha faced the giant dog.
Bouncing from foot to foot, Myoga extolled the virtues of the Tetsusaiga, praising Inuyasha, hoping that he had given Sesshomaru ‘what for’ with the famous sword.
Looking back over his shoulder at the pair of them, Inuyasha sneered then asked where the flea demon had been because, as far as he was concerned, the beat up katana was about as useful as a walking stick in the battle.
Chagrinned, the flea cleared his throat then made the comment that, perhaps, the katana wasn’t from his father after all before hightailing out of there.
Watching him go, Kagome said, “Hey! He left!”, before glancing back at Inuyasha, slightly wide-eyed.
Huffing, Inuyasha ask disdainfully, though rhetorically, “Why am I not surprised? In the mean time, what am I supposed to do with this thing?” Holding up the katana, he looked at it.
At that moment, the giant dog demon chose to attack once more, lunging at the hanyou. Dodging the attacks the best he could, Inuyasha tried once more using the katana against his half-brother’s giant claws but to no effect. The best he seemed to be able to do was duck and dodge his lunging jumps at him, staying out from under those massive, deadly paws.
Knowing it was prudent to stay as far away from the action as she could, Kagome hid behind one of the structures and cheered Inuyasha on in hopes that it would help. “That’s it, sock it to him, Inuyasha! I think the first one hit,” she yelled in a cheery voice, hoping, in some way, that would assist the hanyou and give him a boost he needed to take care of things.
Looking back at her, incredulous, Inuyasha sputtered, “What are you, nuts? That wasn’t even close!”
“But the sword’s yours now. All you have to do is believe in it. Like I believe in you!” She told him confidently, smiling. At this point, honestly, she wasn’t sure what to do to help since she couldn’t do anything physically. Cheering him on might aid him a bit, she thought so she was going to do that.
Huffing, Inuyasha said, “You are nuts! This sword is good for nothing!” Waving it at her, he then imparted, “Me, I’ll live because I’m half demon.” Then, aside, in a lowered voice, he muttered, “You though… you ain’t got a chance.”
Dejected, Kagome looked at him, big eyes filling with tears. Softly, she asked, “So, I should just give up hope?” Tears spilling out of her eyes, she looked down, feeling completely let down by this and more than a touch scared.
Looking at her, startled, wide-eyed, Inuyasha stammered, “Huh? W-what are you doing? You’re not crying are you?” Squinting and looking at her, he shouted, “No crying!”
Looking back at him, Kagome felt her temper rise then shouted back, “Oh, should I laugh?”
“No, you should shut up and let me…” he shouted but was interrupted.

Unbeknownst to the two arguing, the great daiyoukai, Sesshomaru, had been listening in on the entire conversation while licking his paw. At this point, he was quite angry at the whole turn of events and how he couldn’t get his hands on that sword. His father had, indeed, protected it well with the spell that was on it. Since the girl retrieved it, it would be considered hers at this point though she had given it to the boy. And Inuyasha, as inept and foolish as he was, hadn’t been able to get it to transform into the fang it truly was. In his hands, it was no better than the rusty katana it appeared to be. That truly infuriated him to no end.
However, as he listened to the exchange between the two, a plan began to form. When he heard the boy’s declaration that could amount to him saying that he couldn’t protect her, it solidified. Though there would be much to be worked out, in the end he could get not only the sword in a way that would allow him to use it but something else as a well, a status symbol that youkai far and wide would respect him for. Oh yes, that he liked.
Smirking internally, he let out a deep growl then lunged for the couple. After swatting the boy aside with his paw, sending him flying, he pinned the girl to the ground. Shifting back to his humanoid form, he grabbed a hold of her, pinning her to his armor with one strong arm. Telling Jaken to grab hold, his blue light then formed around them and they sped off towards the portal that had led them to his sire’s tomb.
After touching down on the ground in the darkness, he looked down at the onna that was squirming around in his arms, demanding to be set free, smirking. Looking down at her, he said, trying to remain calm and be smooth in the way he had observed his father in the past with the opposite sex, “Calm down, miko. If it was my intent to do you harm, I would have done so by now.”
Swatting the daiyoukai’s hands away, Kagome crossed her arms over her chest and glowered at him, foot tapping in agitation, “You mean like trying to melt me with your poison? I would think that falls into the realm of intent to do me harm there bud!”
Smirking, he looked down at her then tried to think of a way around what she said to get her calmed down. He was certain that, by now, the boy was on his way here to rescue her. He needed her calm so they could get going before Inuyasha made another appearance and the fight would resume. “Indeed, I did that. Yet you managed to survive, did you not? However, since Inuyasha admitted to not being able to protect you in my presence, thus basically giving you to me because I’m the alpha, not him, I won’t be doing that anymore. I’ve taken you under my protection and will be ensuring your safety from this point forwards.”
Stuttering, Kagome stared at him, eyes wide. “What is that supposed to mean?!? GAVE me to you? He did not!” She shouted at him, fists firmly planted on her hips.
“He told you he couldn’t protect you, did he not? That he would survive whereas you wouldn’t?” The daiyoukai asked her smoothly, keeping a calm even tone while attempting to stop his eyes from flashing in a malicious way.
“Well… yeah, he did. But that doesn’t mean anything! You cut him off in the middle of what he was going to say so he couldn’t finish his thought!” She shouted at him, face going slightly red.
“That matters not. Inuyasha is my younger half-brother, making me the alpha of the pack. Though he is on his own, when he says something like that in my presence it is an admission that he can’t fulfill his alpha status with his sub pack thus requiring me to take charge to ensure the safety of the member. Though you are the only member of his pack, I cannot back away from that responsibility,” he explained smoothly, trying not to sound as smug as he felt about the whole matter.
Stammering, not sure what to say to that, Kagome just stared at him, wide-eyed. Mind whirling all over the place, she tried to sort through that information and find an out. There was no way she wanted to go anywhere with a being that had just tried to kill her and said so many rotten things. Glowering at him, she ground out through clenched teeth, “I don’t care about any of that! I’m not going anywhere with you! So, just move along and I’ll wait here for Inuyasha.”
“That will not be happening,” he told her smoothly. “He abdicated his responsibility to me and I, as the alpha, cannot turn such a thing away. It’s my duty to take you on as part of my pack. There is no choice in the matter.” Nodding to Jaken, he had the kappa gather up her pack that he had seen earlier then grabbed the girl, ignoring her squirming, wiggling and demands to be put down. Once the kappa clutched onto his mokomoko, his blue light formed around them and they streaked off towards the west.

Squirming around in the daiyoukai’s iron-like grip, Kagome tried to get loose so she could get away but that stopped when they were airborne. Screeching in fear, she clung to him, afraid of falling. Though distraught at the position she was in, she tried to focus on that rather than how far above the ground they were.
Shutting her eyes, she took deep breaths but opened them again to watch where they were headed. It was her thought that, maybe, if she could get away, she could find her way back to Edo if she paid attention to where they were going. However, that was put to rest when she realized how fast they were going and the landscape from this viewpoint all looked the same, trees, trees, more trees and an occasional village. All she knew for certain was they were heading westerly, nothing that would help her much. And, from what she could tell, it would probably take her days, if not a week, to get to Edo.
Slumping slightly at that realization, she let out a morose sigh. Sure, the thought that Inuyasha might come for her was there but she wasn’t counting on that. After all, since the time they had met, he had professed that she was nothing more than a pest that he didn’t want around. At this point, she was sure that he would just think good riddance and carry on without her. That thought, the one that made her think for sure that she was abandoned with no hope of rescue, made tears spring to her eyes. She was now in a place she really didn’t know well, didn’t have anyone she could turn to that was close and was on her own to get herself out of the situation she found herself in. She was more scared and morose than she had been after being pulled down the well the first time.
Glancing down at the onna he held, the demon lord took a discreet sniff. When he smelled her tears, he thought that it was time to talk to her somewhat about the situation. Tears were not something he knew how to deal with, never having encountered them before. “Hush, miko. There is no need for that,” he said somewhat gruffly. “You are safe with this Sesshomaru and no harm will befall you.”
“Yeah, well, you can say that all you want but I’m not believing it after what happened!” She shot back with the best glower she could muster under the circumstances.
“I can understand and appreciate that. However, you will soon learn the truth of my words and grow to trust me.” He imparted to her smoothly. “You have my word of honor that I will do nothing to you that you don’t want and won’t harm you in any way. You are now under my protection and I will do my utmost to see that you are kept safe from all, that includes myself.”
For Sesshomaru, someone that was used to getting what he demanded or taking it by force, persuading her to calm down and submit slightly was hard. That was just not something he had done in the past and wasn’t comfortable doing so. The only experience he had in that way was negotiations. In his mind, this was in no way a negotiation, he would get what he wanted from her without bargaining. To do that though, he was going to have to go about it another way.
When his sire was alive, he had seen the old dog, on countless occasions, charm women of many different races into doing his bidding and agree to what he wanted. Though, at the time, he had watched that with disdain and more than a little disgust, he also had learned from it as well. No, he had never employed it in his life because it wasn’t needed but he had picked up things that were going to prove to be useful. They were things that he was now going to employ with her to get her to loosen up then manage to accomplish what he wanted with minimal effort.
Smirking internally, he looked down at her then said, “Just give me time and you will see the truth of my words. Kagome… isn’t that what Inuyasha called you?” When he saw her nod, he pressed on, “Kagome, all I ask is you give me the chance to show you that I am being truthful.”
Giving him a wary look, she thought over what he said. Really, she didn’t have much of a choice in the matter since he all but kidnapped her and was taking her Kami knows where, but she would at least give him a chance, though she would be on her toes the whole time. After all, she had done that with Inuyasha after he had tried to kill her for the jewel. Giving him a skeptical look, she asked, cautiously, “And how are you planning to go about this? I mean, it isn’t like you even know me or what I have to accomplish.”
Thinking over the rumors he and Jaken had managed to scrounge up about the hanyou, he then said, “If what I heard was correct, you are the Shikon Miko with the mission to find the shattered shards of the fabled jewel. Is that the case or was what I was told inaccurate?”
“Yes, that’s me. Inuyasha and I were hunting the shards,” she said, still on her guard, glancing at him.
Nodding, he said, “Then, if that is the case, it will be my mission to help you with that quest.” Honestly, he didn’t have a problem doing that at all. Such a thing would only improve his reputation when it came to others when they heard of his exploits and raise him in their estimation. Taking on the care of the Shikon Miko and retrieving the shards was the kind of things that could bolster your reputation in a large way. That he fully planned to implement along with the other two things that he wanted to accomplish. “Together, with Jaken assisting, we’ll find the shards so you can realize your mission.”
Though not understanding why he would so readily agree to help her do that and not buying why he said this was, she just nodded and said nothing, glancing at his face to see if she couldn’t determine if there was any deceit in his features. But, since he seemed to have a placid mask in place that showed exactly nothing, she was out of luck there. So, really, she had no way of telling if he was pulling her leg, trying to put her at ease before pulling something stupid or was genuine in what he was saying. That she didn’t like. She wanted some kind of clue, somewhere, as to the way this was leaning.
Sensing her scrutinization, the daiyoukai glanced down at her, smirking slightly. To him, at this point, it was going to be a game of something like cat and mouse, though, in his eyes it was more like a big dog playing with the cat. However, for this part, he needed her to be as at ease as he could get her. Her apprehension right now, though understandable, needed to be soothed. Once he got to his destination, he had something that would help that along but, to use it, he had to have her somewhat calm and at least not overly suspicious of his motives.
After checking their position and altering his course slightly, he asked in a soft, smooth tone, “How about if I explain to you what is going to be taking place? Will that put your mind at ease somewhat?”
Though she wasn’t sure if that would put her at ease, she nodded then said, “Yes, knowing what is coming is something I would like.”
“I thought as much,” nodded. “For about a week, or until you let me know you’re comfortable with the situation, we are going to be staying in a warded cave on the Western Lands. It will be just you and I there. Though Jaken will be close, he will be tending to other things and not staying with us. I assure you that it’s a safe place and only being done so that you can get used to me and we can learn about each other. Nothing you don’t want to happen will take place nor will I apply pressure to you to get you to do something you don’t want.” That part was very true, he wasn’t going to. However, what he didn’t mention was that he knew ways to go about things to get what he wanted without doing that. Those he planned to employ. Though wanting to smirk at his plans, he didn’t, knowing that would just put her more on edge than she already was. Continuing on, he said, still softly, “Once you feel more comfortable with the situation and are at ease with me, making that clear, we’ll be moving to my Fortress. Since what is there is all youkai, it wasn’t something I wanted to drop you in the middle of right up front. You will have a hard enough time getting used to me, the addition of so many others of a culture and race you aren’t familiar with, at least that is my assumption from things I’ve heard and witnessed so far, might not be something you will handle well.”
“While at the cave, we’ll spend time talking so that I can answer all your questions and work out what you feel needs to be dealt with. We will also discuss your quest and what has been done up to this point with it as well as its history. Once I know those we can formulate the best plan to go about retrieving what you need to. Are those things you can accept?” He asked, glancing back at her.
Looking at him, she thought over what he said, suspicious about it. “I don’t know. Spending time alone with you after you tried to kill me? I’m not sure I like that,” she said slowly, looking at him as she did.
“I think, perhaps, that is something I can appreciate,” he nodded. “If you wish, we can go to the Fortress and work from there. However, understand that if we do that, it may be harder because you are a miko. Beings that reside there may take exception to that as well as the fact that you aren’t versed in what youkai culture is like. But we can work with it,” he explained, bluffing. He didn’t want to go to the Fortress right away and planned to have his scheme well into the works by the time they arrived there and he had to delve into his many duties.
Glancing down at the passing landscape below them, she thought over the choices. At this point, she didn’t like either, feeling this was forced on her in a way that she didn’t want and was having an issue dealing with it. However, keeping in mind that, perhaps, she would try to escape, she thought the cave sounded better since a Fortress was something that sounded as though it would be heavily guarded. Though more beings would be at somewhere like that she thought the cave might hold a better opportunity for escaping. Plus, he was bound to be wary and have someone keep an eye on her in a more populated place. Sighing, she shook her head and tried to think. After a few moments while she could feel his gaze on her, she slumped then said, “The cave is fine. As long as you promise to behave yourself.”
“I will reiterate… this Sesshomaru will do nothing you don’t consent to,” he told her smoothly, unable to keep the smug tone out of his voice.
“Alright.” Glaring at him, she said, tone short and clipped, “I don’t like any of this, buster! I’m telling you that up front! And one wrong move and I’ll be purifying something!”
“I assure you, I will keep my word,” he told her calmly though mentally rolling his eyes at her bluster and the purification threat that he wasn’t the least bit frightened of. As powerful as he was, he could easily make her powers submit and would be in no danger if she tried. However, he kept that tidbit of information to himself. No need to give a hint as to what cards he held in his hand while he was bluffing. Not wanting to dwell there and in an effort to calm her, he explained, “Once there, I’ll let you settle in while Jaken and I tend to things like gathering wood and finding you something suitable for supper. After that, you and I will sit and talk about what I’ve mentioned. That, I feel should put you at ease. Is that acceptable to you, Kagome?”
Thinking being left alone with a chance to escape sounded great, Kagome nodded, trying to keep her face from showing what she was pondering. “That’s fine. It’s late and I haven’t eaten yet so food sounds good right about now.”
Being a devious creature himself, Sesshomaru assumed that she was thinking of escape while he was gone and had to fight off the smirk that threatened to show. Sure, he was going to leave her alone for a short time but the realism was the cave that he was taking her to one had to be able to leap up into the entrance since the wall leading up to it was smooth with no way to climb it. The truth of the matter was that she had no way to get down unless she wanted to jump, a fall that would either severely injure and incapacitate or out and out kill her. Oh yes, she was now caught in his trap and had no way out.
Looking down at her, smug, and mind already racing over the plans that he had in mind and what he wanted to accomplish in the time they had at the cave. He was also cataloging what he needed Jaken to retrieve in the form of plants to make up the drug he needed. After that, he had to run over all of his sire’s mannerisms when it came to women so that he could work with her in such a way that it would put her more at ease. Yes, there was much to do but he knew that he could manage it, it was just a matter of adjusting what he needed to when the time came was all.
Unable to stop it, a smirk graced his features very quickly as he thought of the fun that was to come from this scheme. Not only would he get the katana he had longed for since his father’s death but he would get a wonderful pet to play with for as long as he wanted her. Yes, the fun was about to begin.
