This is one of the stories that got me into the Sesshoumaru/Kagome pairing in the first place. I'm so happy that you updated. Especially on the night that my computer decided to not autosave chapters of my own story and then shut off. I was feeling all anguished at having my hard work go down the drain but your story helped to brighten my mood considerably. Thanks for the wonderful read, it was written beautifully.

this is one of my very most favorite chapters of this story. It's midnumbingly depressing, but i love it. it's perfectly planned from beggining to end, and it just makes me want to reach out to kagome and tell her to stay with him, to stay with the man who loves her as a friend now, though he may not know it, and will most likely be in love with her by the time they get back to the future. i read this story when im sick or lonely, always wishing for this amazing adventure, no matter how hard it can be.

I only wish that it hasn't officialy been a year before today since you last updated. Please update soon, rosieb!

Whoa, I did not see that one coming 0_o ... I mean, I did suspect that he had a kid back in Moscow when Brandt looked at him and said what he said. But Sessh didn't react so I completely smothered and destroyed that little idea.

It completely broke my heart for Kagome, a little for Sessh too, but mostly for Kagome. What a bomb to be laid on you just when you're starting to truly come to terms with stuff.

Well, she and Sessh will get over it, I hope. I cant wait to see what happens next, and that *fun* chapter ;P .... Please updete as soon as you can.

Ya know, I must be psychic. And let me tell you how I came to that conclusion. :)

I was halfway through the chapter (just finished the Lucas part) when nature called. And, of course, it's inevitable that I listen to mother nature, in the bathroom.... Well, as I was doing my business, I had the thought that I'd really like to draw a fanart of Kagome sitting in Sessh's lap and looking at him tenderly (and he at her). And, after the perfect picutre formed in my mind, I started to bemoan my total lack of any drawing skills. Totally crushed, I sat back in front of the computer and started reading again... Not a minute after you had Kagome straddling Sessh and they were listening to the call of nature in another way...... And I was left thinking, I must have magical powers. XD

And then, there was also the fact that I had the distinct feeling that one of the shape-shifters was the mastermind behind the Order. I also think that Gisela is the other immortal (ya know: Keep your friends close and that stuff), although, they not feeling the pull of an immortal close when they're with her took al the wind out of my sails.

And I absolutely love how you develop their caracters and feelings. Steady and sure, and subtle :) I really like this fic

Darling, this story is marvelous, and you really should try adding another chapter. Question: I caught maybe a few hints at Kagome being pregnant? Or is she really and truly infertile? You have a beautiful writing style, and the plot and characters just delightful. Please continue! I will be eagerly awaiting more.

Oh wow, I can't wait until the next chapter. I kept waiting for Gisela to show back up and I only half way expected her to cmoe bearing a child. So I wasn't terribly surprised.

Must say I love this story, especially the history you bring in. As one of my favorite subjects (studied Social Science Ed in college), I love when people can bring it into their stories and actually do such an amazing job at making it as realistic as possible. That said, I feel so bad for Kagome and the fact she can't have children considering that she is one who has such strong maternal instincts. And what happened with Tortuga was just awful but at least it made her stronger (awesome idea of having her be such a good shot) and gave Sesshoumaru some guilt, he always needs something to put a damper on that superiority complex of his. I also like how you actually had her love and have sex with other people. So often she remains innocent and untouched and it sometimes irks me that he can have had innumerable women grace his bed while she's required to stay pure. Besides, it'd just be cruel for her to go through that entire time not having loved and been loved. I'm very interested to see where you'll take our two favorite characters!

SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOODDDD!!!! I WANT MORE!!! YOU'RE WRITING STYLE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE CHARACTERS JUST PERFECT. I LOVE IT!!!

Oh God. Rosie, you... YOU. You're forcing me to make a fanart for this as well, aren't you? Roll the drums - the plot thickens when I thought things were about to start settling down to the end. This is so... *Ahem* I'll avoid giving spoilers in a review, so let's just say I adored the plot twist with a surprise for Sesshoumaru. The way you portrayed all the emotions in those envolved... it just pulled me even more to this story. Thank you for the delightful times I spend reading this!

I love this story.  I'm always excited to see an update, but don't worry about updating slowly.  We all know that stuff happens in real life so it's okay when you can't update quickly.  You always give us wonderful chapters.  I hope everything is going well for you and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.  ^_^

ok srsly, i guess i wasn't expecting the countess to pop out Sessho's baby, and I totally don't blame Kagome for her feelings, I know she's in love with Sessho, even if he doesn't love her. But ouch that really had to hurt, what with his kid popping up and her not being able to have one at all >.< Poor Kaggie.

And Brandt's still an ass as always, but i can see where he's coming from to. And i totally forgot that Kikyou was still 'alive' kind of... I am happy to hear that Rin, and Shippo, and Inuyasha are still alive though, i was hoping they hadn't been reduced to the pages of history, even though i'mg guessing it's going to happen at some point in time *shed's a tear now just in case*

Wonderful chapter as always and I srsly hope your muse sticks around so you can update sooner rather than later, although I know how it goes when Muses come then run away again for an indeterminate amount of time >.< Great Job!!!!

I thought the subject of Kagome's infertility may come up eventually (especially after the conversation Sesshomaru had with her husband earlier in the story), but I didn't see this. *distraught* How could I miss it?! Repeating characters, irrational jealousy, a mentioning of a relationship... Am I loosing my touch?! *frantic* Oh my god...

Inuyasha's aging? I know he's getting older, but to look middle aged after only three-hundred and seventeen years? And what about Rin and Kikyo? You mentioned that Kikyo looks different - less shadowy and more like an experienced version of her old self - but I wonder if she's middle-aged as well. Hmm... It's nice that they've taken in the orphans though. The children must be very young if Sesshomaru's two-hundred-year-old daughter only looks to be ten to twelve herself.

Well, hopefully, Brandt and Gisela will be a few continents away and just not so fond memories by next chapter. Their damage has been done. Kagome's in pain again and Sesshomaru will be thoughful and troubled for another fifty or so years. ...Is it wrong of me to want The Order to capture and kill Adele? I know that wouldn't undo her existence (and it'd probably cause Sesshomaru to go through some sort of crisis for abandoning and/or never really knowing his daughter), but she wouldn't be there as a constant reminder of what he and Kagome have to wait another one-hundred and forty-ish years for (please don't torture us this way and have them be some sort of twisted life-long, I lived with and saved your life a long time ago, buddies after everything's said and done). Plus, she's a racist. Who needs more of those? Ugh... How could you DO this? *sobs* Eight months... T^T

As much as I despise the content of this chapter, I have been looking forward to its appearance all year. It was well written and I'm glad you're back. Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, but I'm looking forward to this "*fun*" chapter you're supposed to be publishing next time. *sigh*
