I'm realllllllllllllly curious why it seems Sesshomaru hasn't cared to check on Kagome and Inu in 8 years. Althought, does he even remember the night he raped Kagome? I am assuming rape since she told Kaede she wishes she could erase all memories except those of her son. Seems very traumatic to her....it's either that or she went to Sesshomaru and gave herself to him only to be cruelly rejected.

Anxious for more! I can't wait to see the confrontation between Mom and Dad now!

Truly amazing work, there are few fanfics as well written as yours each character in line, I will say to you that I love the characterization of Kagome and Inuyasha, i am waiting to know how was Toshi born, because it doesn’t look like Sesshomaru and Kagome are close.
