While well written and I enjoyed many parts of the story chapters 16-20 were a pain to get through and ruined the rest of the story to be honest. Maybe it would have been different if we saw some of Kagome's insecurities before those chapters. I understand the pain she felt from Sesshoumaru's reaction but afterwards when he was trying to make amends she was being hypocritical, whiny, overly dramatic and just down right stupid. Also, for someone so quick to stand up for herself and her family before chapter 16 she just crumbled after apologies and multiple run ins with more apologies. It just didn't make sense at that point.

awwwww  i read this whole story in one sitting with only one bathroom break!   *cough* i mean whaaa?    haha anyway!  great job on the story  i hope you'll continue to write more fanfics soon!

I was really enjoying the story until I read chapters 15-20 where Kagome then got hit with the stupidity and drama bat. I understand the initial angst after she told him what she really was but when he he follows her to admit his feelings and she rejects him and then whines about not being loved, she just got on my last nerve. If she's holding onto past garbage then it's pretty hypocritical of her to want Sesshomaru to get past his own when she can't. Then falling into a forever sleep just totally lost the plot for me.

I'll read a little further to see if things right itself. Hopefully it does. Just really disappointed in Kagome right now.
