Your character portrayal is amazing! Not just Sesshomaru, but also Kagome. You did a fabulous job expressing the sentiment behind "love me, love my dog" in terms of both characters. 

Indeed, Sesshomaru. Perhaps it is not revenge, but justice that Kagome sees (though she may not realize it yet). You can kill from necessity, but take no pleasure in it.

You paint a very consistent (if disturbing to me) picture of Sesshomaru. After reading so many different stories, I've noticed that it's hard to keep characters consistent - or show off their confusion and gradual change in a reasonable way.

I'm going to make a guess, knowing that there are currently 20+ chapters to this story so far (and I'm only just finished reading #6), that Kagome isn't going to be the only character "corrupted." I think that Sesshomaru's darkness is also going to be corrupted by Kagome's light while he teaches her about the darks and greys of the world.

What is Tatsuo going to do? Obviously not a contract with Kagome since they won't exchange blood but something else - posession? Enhance the darkness in her heart?

Hmmmm also wondering what Sesshomaru will do to redeem himself to Kagome....his hold on her is nearly broken

I am happy that you choose not to write rape between the main characters, some people are just odd. I look forward to the next chapters :) are you going to have the contract be done like mating marks? If he is able to convince her somehow?

I kind of feel sorry for Sesshomaru....he's denying Kagome getting to know him which makes it harder for her to trust him. Once Kagome is reunited with her sister and she finds out the truth about Sesshomaru's idenity and the truth about Onigumo, she may no longer wish to be with Sesshomaru. Which is the consequences of his own actions.

On the other side, Kagome is being a bit naiive considering she's a miko. Although, I suppose her immaturity is becasue of her age and inexperience since Kikyo is the one that had done the traveling and healing while Kagome stayed in the village protected.

But with the constant sex, would Kagome get pregnant?
Wonder what would happen if she did......

Great chapter, I adore this story, despite Sesshoumaru's intention for corruption he is falling for Kagome. I love a reluctant Sesshoumaru falling for Kagome such an awesome plot point! He is still a naughty boy however, I wonder what Kagome will do when she discovers all the undercover evil he has done. Patiently awaiting your next post.

Omg I love this story and portrayal of Sesshomaru and Kagome!! I'm glad they're finally starting to come together, and I really hope to keep on seeing the character and relationship building scenes!! Keep on writing and being fabu fabu, my dear!

This is a terrific story. It has gone down a much darker road than I thought it would. But I have faith in Kagome's inner good. I know she will prevail and teach that jaded dog a lesson or two.

Excellent writing as per usual. Substance, sensuality and smut. Though I can't help but feel sad on Kagome's behalf, in a fit of confusion and hurt she gave herself over to her manipulator (her enjoyment aside). I'm hoping you're going to teach Sessy a well earned, unforgetable lesson somewhere along the line because he'll need it if he's ever going to treat our Kagome properly and get past his cynicism. As for Kagome I hope her pureness of heart survives what I'm sure is going to be an amazing plot ahead. Great work.

So our smexy Sesshy finally got her body due to nonsense, but now what? I wonder what she will say to him saying "damnation!" lol I can't wait until they find Kikyo and Inuyasha! This was an amazing chapter, I can't wait for the next chapter!!!

uh ho.......now that he's had her, will she still retain her miko powers? or will you go the route that a miko can retain her powers as long as she believes she can?

Now that he's had her, what will he do with her? concubine? mistress? mate? or just lover?
I also am curious how much of Kagome's light will be dimmed once she finds out that Sesshomaru has lied to her since the beginning....lying about who he is, lying about not knowing whom Kikyo was with, lying about Onigumo....and even causing what happened to happen to Onigumo.
If Onigumo does turn into Naraku later, his specialty is lies and wielding the truth like Sesshomaru does. So I am sure Naraku would be more than happy to let Kagome know what truly transpired with Onigumo's death and who was the true cause of it.

Lots of drama so far! I am lovin it!

Oh and will Kagome end up pregnant if they keep being lovers or will there be a way to prevent that?
