Somehow, I keep expecting the word 'no one expects the spanish inquisition!' I don't know why... maybe it has something to do with the demon slaying fanatic enemies.

Kagome can shapeshift... is it only to an animal form, or can she 'shift' into other people or demons too? That would be cool - shift into a demon and then possess the same powers that the demon she imprinted on has.... Naraku style minus the absorb part :P

I love this story ..I really want Kiyoko to suffer..Kagome gave her child life & kiyoko din't even thank her instead she turned on her & kidnapped Kagomes child & gave it to an enemy knowing the child would die...the then came to Kagome after finding out the child had been saved & sarcastically said I'm glad your child is safe & then asked if they were still looking for the one who kidnapped the child....Kagome then asked her ,after all I have done for you why do you act as if you hate me & I'm your enemy .what did I do to you? Kiyoko yelled at her that Kagome ruined her life by returning,which makes no sense...she blamed Kagome because when she mated Inu she lost her miko power,not something that Kagome could do & makes no sense,she then blamed Kagome saying that because she came back Kiyoko now feels like a second choice,,,Kagome told her that makes no sense.You know I gave your child life when it was dying during child birth & if I hadn't come back with my knowledge from 500rs in the future you wouldn't be a mom ,you'd be a woman mourning  the death of your child during birth & then told Kiyoko,I'm sorry you feel that way Kiyoko & I hope you are able to overcome your insecurities.& then Kagome left.....I kinda hope she tries to run away & runs into tatsuya who is also trying to escape & he takes her with him & they get killed.While Inu realizes she is missing but figures since she was able to kidnap Kagome's daughter she must have run off to find safety before facing Kagome & Sessh & so Inu does not mention she's gone.,but while she's gone he realized after 3yrs of being lonely he mated the 1st girl that showed him interest & he kept telling himself'I know I don't love her but she seems to love me & everyday after they 1st slept together he  felt worse,he thought he'd like her more & learn to love her,even got her pregnant but everyday he realized that the woman he met,the one who said she loved him was really a stranger & each day that went by he realized his feelings didn't grow & from the day he met her he kept catching her in lies,& the lies got worse & worse & then when Kagome returned,even though Kagome wished them well & left them be,he noticed his mate was changing into almost a mean being,& after Kagome worked so hard to save their child,Kiyoko wouldn't even help birth her own child she just yelled get it out it hurts..after the birth Kagome ran out to find Kaede dying from a curse & Kagome left to find the cure & Inu never told anyone but since the childs birth Kiyoko wouldn't feed her,play with her it was as if she hated their child & when they came here,he was grateful to see that Kagome would be with someone who could offer her the world as she had a good heart & deserved the best.then when he found out his mate tried to kill Kags kid,he kept quiet but he felt his mate had become an evil stranger with no heart & he felt guilty for feeling that way. maybe he should talk to Miroku

..........& much,much later,like days later, while they are dealing with other issues & attacks & trying to save all youkai they find parts of her & tatsuya that have already been half eaten by wild animals & Inu knows he can't blame anyone & that there is not even enough of her left for Sessh's sword to bring back.

I've been a little obsessed with reading this ever since I found it a few days ago.  I am really enjoying your story, it's amazing that this is your first piece of fanfiction here!  I love the characters, the plot, all the twists and turns.  It's very easy to follow, and besides minor grammatical errors (which we ALL make from time to time) I think this is absolutely FABULOUS!!  Kagome a demi-god? Love it!  The banter between she and Sesshoumaru is great too.

I am definitely looking forward to reading more :D

Crap!  Inuyasha almost flubbed up Kagome's and Sesshomaru's relationship, without even trying!!!

I'm glad that his (Inu's) mate keeps him out of Sesshomaru's way, but I kinda want to see her get what's coming to her.  It seems really unfair if she gets off the hook too easily.  Her powers being gone is not enough of a punishment.   It's not Kagome's fault that she is powerless.  I hope they lock her up for life and/or kill her. (I can't help it, I'm blood thirsty.)

Another great chapter.  It really suprised me that it would be Inuyasha's mate that helped them.  You led me right into it, and I still didn't see it coming.  Great job!!

I had a feeling that Kiyoko had a part in all this. I just did NOT like her. Oooo, can't wait for the next chapter.

I love this story but I hate Kiyoko & I hope when they return Kagome tells Kiyoko off & tells her 'I saved your child when you were giving birth & if it was any other healer helping you give birth...you would not be a mother right now but a woman in mourning over the death of her child in birth,my knowledge from 500yrs in the future save your child & instead of gratitude,you came here & when you looked at me you glared at me & when my child was missing & dying, you did not care & because of what I was & what I am now & these eyes I have....when I looked at you after I told Inu what happened & why I needed his help & he said he couldn't,even though I told him in front of you she was gone & dying,I looked at you when Inu said he couldn't go & I saw in your eyes you had no remorse...enen knowing I saved your child ,you wanted mine to die....

at that time I could not look at you again because all I could think was that you were not the woman I thought you were,you are a woman without honor & with my heart heavy with worry over my child & the memory of the look in your eyes,all I could think was that maybe I made a mistake &  should have let your child die as it would have if it was anyone other than me helping you give birth" ...if  I'd known you would have become the ungrateful woman you were when I saw you next & then the fact you knew my child might die & your eyes showed no remorse......it changed every opinion I had of you...

&  after I found my daughter near death, I had to give her all of me to save her,I felt like I had died & I broke a seal within me that was put on me at birth & now with the seal broken ,I have changed & become who I was to be ....

I am completely stunned and speechless! Never in a billion years would I have ever imagined such an outcome for the last chapter! I love the way your story develops! You are brilliant!

I was right when I said at the beginning that you had potential...although I never expected you to be this good considering that it is your first time! *blush*

If they're planning on kidnapping the baby I kinda feel sorry for them. Nothing is scarier than an angry mama protecting her babies. I would know, mom would go into mama-bear mode and I felt sorry for anyone in her way (well except for that one English teacher, he deserved the chewing out, pretentious idiot) and she was normally a very calm good-natured person.

Hell hath no fury like an angry mama, especially one with miko, youkai, and kami powers LOL

Damn oh damn that was a great chapter......  Lots of suspence and what in the hell is up with the dragons.....  Why hasn't Kagome told them the child will die without her?  Now they will take her and have a truly pissed off Kagome on their hands.  Love to see that....  Is Inu Yasha's wife/mate in on it as well?  I wouldn't put it past her to do something out of envy.  Love the story I wait with anticipation for each new chapter.  This has to be one of the best I read in a real long time.  Keep up the good work.....
