Actually, the flow of this is really good. You can continue with chapters where they learn more and more about each other and at least become good friends before adding any drama and stuff like that. You have a pretty strong base here, so keep it up.

You may want to edit a bit for continuity as you have a slight confusion in here.  Early in the chapter you mention he is sitting in his office keeping tabs on the aura of his miko, but then at the end you make it sound like he only then figures out she is a miko.  Just wanted to let you know so you can fix the slip.  Thanks!

I like this story and I´m glad, that you made Kagome a real adult. Many authors tend to make her older in age but they portray her like she is still fifteen, they make her act like a teenager and I hate that. The marriage is not so unbelievable at least not so much in Japan. Honour is really important for Japanese and not only for the males. The girl has to be cautious also so she doesn´t bring shame to her family and this is a better solution as to being the bride who had been stood up by a honourless male.The big loser in this game is Inuyasha, nothing will excuse his actions. Arranged marriages are not so uncommon as it seems.

It was already really mature of Kagome in trying to marry him although she knew that he wasn´t really loyal to her but she got lucky with Sesshoumaru. I can´t imagine him acting as foolish as his brother even if there is no love.

But that´s what this makes it fun, to get to know each other so they have a chance to develop real feelings. I always saw Kagome as a responsible girl and she did what she had to do and Sesshoumaru got lucky. So don´t worry, it´s believable and the characters are IC in such a situation. This is not feudal Japan after all so Sesshoumaru acts like himself but is in a different time with modified behaviour.

I have only one request, please don´t bring Rin into this story as an adopted daughter of him. This concept is so overused it´s not even funny anymore. He is a businessman and seems to be devoted to his work. Bringing in an adoption just wouldn´t fit in here. Kagome and Sesshoumaru are intelligent beings and I think it´s not necessary to bring in a kid to make them connect as she would be forced to watch a human girl that Sesshoumaru had to adopt through mysterious reasons. Please, just don´t.

i have to admit that i was wary about sess randoming marrying kags like that; but it actually wasn't too unbelieveable afterall. i'm really enjoying this story so far and look forward to more chapters. i don't think the characters are OOC at all. i'm really loving the hesitant and charming interactions between sess and kags as they get to know each other.

It seems like so far so good. I wonder what you will do to create some conflict (like marrying someone you literally just meet doesn't create enough conflict) cuz there is always conflict. I think you have done a stupendous job so far and I can't wait to see where things go from here when they have to return to the real world and adjust :)
