Not to bad so far only on ch 2. One thing keeps getting me though. WHY is Misstress Centipede being refered to as a snake? Centipedes are insects and snakes are reptiles so HOW could a centipede be a reptile? Small issue? Yes. Annoying a fuck? Hell yeah. it don't make no sense and that annoys me.

If I underestand correctly, Sesshoumaru won't have to go without his arm for too long.  I hated that part of the anime and was very happy when his arm returned.  It just took them too long in the anime.

I don't think he's going to want her around him since she gave the sword to Inuyasha and he was already insulted that she was able to pull out the sword when he or Inuyasha couldn't.  I can understand why she did not give it to Sesshoumaru.

Does this mean she'll be traveling with Inuyasha for awhile before joining back up with Sesshoumaru?

Very interesting story, I do not think the characters are OOC at all - you kept the speaking style of both Kaede and Sesshomaru.

Your style is very nice too, I like it a lot. About the voice in her head, it's either Kikyo, Midoriko or maybe the jewel itself. The combination of English and Japanese is nice too. A nice blend of the series and your own imagination.

I hope Inu-Yasha won't be traveling with them, though. I never quite liked him.

I'm very much enjoying this rewrite, however, I do believe you should not have Sesshomaru get Tetsusaiga. He gets his own sword of immeasurable power later, the Bakusaiga and it proves that he is a powerful Daiyoukai. You would deny our beloved Lord his own sword?

So I like your fanfic so far but please if you ask for a date in medieval Japan remember they didn't have European calendar. I am not sure but I think they used to tell date by the name and a year of the ruling emperor. I think it was common in Japan until WWII. If it’s possible correct the date, please.
