The angst!  It burns!

So sad!  My heart hurts for Sesshoumaru.  Someone really should have let Mrs. Higurashi in on the reason why she shouldn't keep calling Inuyasha.

Nice chapter!  Loved the confrontation between Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha.  It's too bad Kagome's Mom didn't know any better and called Inuyasha.  I am alnost afraid of what's coming up.  With that head injury, I am wondering if Kagome will have forgotten the last year and think she and Inuyasha are still together.  I am wondering how bad her legs are injured, too.  And who was responsible for the accident.  You've got me on the edge of my seat!

Wow!  Great start to this story!  You really have me wondering what exactly happened between Inuyasha and Kagome.  And poor Kagome was in some kind of accident?  When she was trying so hard to have a good day.  Inuyasha really is a jerk in this.  So irresponsible.  Can't wait to read more!

good story. i just know they got their happy ending. good plot and the characters were great in their roles.i was looking for a lemon, but i think it would have taken away the storyline. it was simple, sweet, and to the point. i like simple sometimes makes it easier and more real. c'ya'

I nearly cried so many times while reading this. You HAVE to do a sequel!  Or a epilogue!  I want to see them together, or to see her come back to him!  PLEASE!

Oh man!!!!  I loved this story right up until the end!!!  holy crap, no getting together!  I'm so bummed out right now.

That said, I never, ever read modern day versions of this, and yet this one really captured my attention.  I read it all the way through and enjoyed it.  Not many people seem capable of maintaining those relationships and translating them into a modern way.  Your version of SEsshomaru I feel was spot on.  I loved their relationship.

But I seriously wish there was one more chapter. Just one.  

I really loved this storyyy brought me such heartache ... started it last night just completed it now.. loved every single one of the chapter ,you are an amazing author thank you for completing this storyy ... a bit unsatisfied with the ending though, my heart just breaks by watching sesshomaru in this state ..please give him the deserving ending ....

I feel so bad for Sesshoumaru!!! You made him out to be such a gentleman as Kagome's silent guardian, it's really touching. I absolutely loved the plot! You got me hooked from start to end. I couldn't wait to find out when Kagome would remember Sesshoumaru. Although the ending was abrupt than what I'd usually like, however, I found it beautiful. The pink carnation at the end just ties up the whole story and promises a happy ending that, sadly, could only be played out in my mind. Thanks for this lovely story. =)

Loved the plot, disliked the ending. Not because they didn't end up with their 'happily ever after' but because it seemed as if you lost interst and rushed it and, just, not right.. ??

Can I just say best read ive had in a long time! i read the whole thing non stop through every break ive had in the last couple days. I loved the plot and overall i really enjoyed it :) i just wish there could have been a little more romance between the two.. maybe in a sequel?? also inuyasha an kikyo kinda fadded off so im not sure what happend to them.. as well as sess never got the painting given to him like the first chapter sugjested, so i kinda thought that would have been adressed more, anyway not really criticing you just trying to pursade you more into a sequal! lol

That is absolutly heart breaking, I've been sitting here on the couch trying not to cry so my roommate won't think I'm completely weird. It is a beautiful ending and leaves me wanting to know how things turn out for her. I hope you might do an epilouge someday. :)

that was such a beautifully written story  ....  but I have to say I found the ending sad  .... I know she needed to go away and be by herself for a while  .....  but poor Sesshy  :(  hopefully you will write a sequel????
