I'm too lazy to log in at midnight but... I had to leave a review. I think I have now read all of your stories and I must say you are one of my favorite authors, ever, for fanfiction and normal sold-in-stores literature. I must say... this is by FAR my favorite story!

I love the feelings that are being conveyed and I can actually feel them myself as I'm reading which... is NOT good for my sleeping fiance because that last chapter drove me insane... I could use some hot angry sex for a change ;)

But that's not why I'm reviewing :P I'm reviewing because I wanted you to know that you are an amazing author and I appreciate all of your work. I look forward to coming home everyday and seeing the e-mail that says one of your stories has been updated and it's nice to be able to read your stories and be taken to some place in my mind where I feel as though I am in the story and I can feel all the emotion that the characters feel and forget about whatever it was that was bothering me before I started reading.

While reading this I was in tears. My 2 year old came up to me and wiped my tears and said "no crying. no crying." very soft and sweetly. Which of course just made me go into an entire fit of new tears as I held her tighter than I'm sure she appreciated.

I don't know if it's because my son just turned 1 year old, or what, but the idea of Kagome not getting to raise her child and in the end finding that she's dead just makes me feel desperate and sad and angry...

so I'm confused... do they plan on telling maru first and then going to the grave? Or do they pland to go to the grave and swing my to tell Maru afterward? It seems a gross oversight to not at least offer to bring him along, to say goodbye to his daughter, even if he cannot come because he's in hiding... as for the surgery, well if he's walking with a cane then he's well enough to sit in a car and walk the distance to a gravesite. I'm glad that the speed of the story has picked up - it keeps me on my toes! When I read about Naraku's knowledge of Rin's death I was instantly suspicious as to HOW he could know, and thought it might be a source of evidance of his guilt. It would bring at least one possitive outcome stemming from the death of poor Rin, making her loss mean something. I was relieved that Kagura was all over it, just like I was. She really is a pitbull, I just LOVE her in this. I always love strong women figures in literature. Kagome is so beaten in this, that even though given the light of her situation she is strong (because I doubt I would have held it together as well as she has) its hard to see, because she IS so beaten down. So Kagura's strength is a breath of fresh air at times when things get so heavy.

I read this several days ago when you updated, but only now have had the time to drop a quick review. Just wanted to say that you continue to impress. I really got chills with Onigumo's show. And I'm relived Sesshomaru will be getting that surgery now. Hopefully it will be the first stage of him being able to forgive himself and realize things werent his fault. I can't wait for this trial to be over so we can start seeing K/S try to develope their relationship. And I'm dying to find out what she'll do. Work under Evanston, Stay at HQ, or go Civi - and if she goes civi, what will she do, where will she stay, etc?! Looking forward to discovering it all.

So Onigumo rears his ugly head... well intereferance at any rate for the moment. Maru needs to get his head checked, a person can only live so long with problems like that before they either just give up or are crippled beyong help (that's my point of view anyway lol >.<) Poor Kaggerz and Yasha are in for it now, and if they end up telling Kagura about Maru i'm guessing it's only a matter of time before everyone finds out... before he's ready for them to.

Wow, this is getting more interesting by the chapter! Kagome and Sesshoumaru's relationship seems on the fritz but.....they still seem to love eachother, or atleast deeply care about one another....in kagome's case with her own life.

Yasha and Kagomes relationship in this particular story is so sweet. He's like a protective (annoying) brother, that you just gotta love!

I always look forward to new chapters in your stories, although I don't review often. You probably know that you have many readers captivated by your words. Thanks for the speedy updates!
