I love the fact that Sesshoumaru may, unknowingly, still be youkai in this. I like that he doesn't know why he's different but he feels that he is. It's so brilliant that I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it first. I love you, man!
This is getting wonderfully complex with each chapter. I'm really into this! I can't wait for more...
HaHa! Inuyasha! I love it when you put him in a story. Modern-day Inuyashas are so fun...
I was wondering how you were going to bring our hanyou into this. Was the woman that died Kikyou? So...until tomorrow? JEN
Isn't she blessed that Sessh didn't just go back to his room. And she thought that the manager was just being kind and understanding. What a perv! Can't wait to find out what her "little quirk" is. But I do know how she feels about being uncomfortable in her her own home.
You know, you do have such a gift of making deliciously tasty lemonade. You have a perfect balance of each ingredient that keeps our palates salivating for more. And I do believe Kagome and Sesshoumaru will not be able to keep this "in Atlanta". They've already gotten a taste of the forbidden and that "just one time" rarely works.
I'm going to bed now with WONDERFUL images dancing in my mind, THANK you VERY much. I came on this evening with your new update in mind and I can happily say that I am well pleased that I did. JEN
Dear god I'm panting over here. sinful very much so...
Wrong place right time, if he wasn't there she probably wouldn't have drown, but got damn if that wasn't exciting!!!
Only you could post two long, beautiful chapters like that in one night. I'm loving this story. Even if it is derivative, it still comes across as very much its own story. I think both Sesshomaru and Kagome's characters are very well-done. I like that you drew such a vivid mental image of Kagome, without going into a lot of detail. That takes some real writing skill. Awesome work!
Awesome! And such a long, satisfying chapter!
You just knew I wouldn't go to bed without checking to see if you posted. Congradulations on your decision to go school. I'll be praying for your success in completing it with high scores. I understand it's not an easy subject to take but I'm sure you will do well. I must say though that I felt alittle selfish when I read your AN. It'll mean less writing fics for me(I mean us) and you are the first person I look for every time I come on but I do understand and I will be 101 percent behind you all the way!
Now on with the review...I, too, love CSI. My favorite being the original done in Las Vegas. I adore Grissom. He's so thorough. As for the new fic, the first two chapters are great. I can fully understand Sessh's position and Kagome's easy going and care free attitude AND her manner of attire is what gets her into trouble. We all know how men think but come on, she's only feeding their depraved minds by wearing some of the things she wears. I think if she feels secure in the way she dresses then she should learn advanced self defence because guys like Darrin are many and guys like Sesshoumaru and Paul are so few these days. Well the clock in my head says it's time to sleep now that I got my Oroyukae fix(I mean fic) for tonight. JEN
Alpine (Chapter 2) - Thu 02 Jul 2009
I am a huge fan of the CSI series and this story has a very Grissam/Sarah feel to it.. I absolutely love it..
