Hmm, I wonder if this woman/nanny will be able to sense something other than a physical problem going on? I liked that Kagome decided to name the woman/child. It stands to reason that a mother would want her child to have an identity whether she is the living child within her or the one she lost. It's a pretty name too.  JEN

Ah, poor Kagome. I know she's had to endure so much fear and pain but if she knew the reasons for it all happening then the effects needed to right the rift in time so things will be as they should would not have been achieved. Everyone must see a real threat to react and act accordingly. The whole Taisho clan must be one in accord for the future to play out as it should. Am I on the right track? Wow, when the fates intervene one shouldn't be so quick to argue...Kagome, you little hothead. Seems they all have that same trait. It makes things more difficult then they need to be. I'm really enjoying the bigger scope of things happening before Sessh and Kags can bring a child/pup into the world. JEN

haha.. for some reason I definately knew someone was getting punched, and when I read the chapter of this title I immediately fell into a fit of laughter. I'm a little surprised aat who actually got hit though because I though maybe i would have been the other way around and Sesshou would have gotten punched as soon as they walked in the room bcuz he was so angry. Well I was close anyway, no? Once again, another great chapter. Always waiting for more.

What an amazing and masterfully written chapter. The drama by the side of the hospital bed, Inuyasha's anxiety over meeting with his father, and this deeper insight into Inupapa's relationship with his sons made for the best chapter ever. Can you top this? I can't wait to find out...

Wow, Sess didn't tell his dad about Kagome... Wonder what's up with that. Maybe he can help, though, since Inuyasha's a hanyou. You sure conveyed a sense of menace regarding the introduction of Inupapa, though. Inuyasha's about ready to p*** his pants, and he's used to hanging around Sess!

Oh my...is there a possibility that she and the pup needs more of Sesshoumaru's blood and/or energy and the pup is suffering because of it? Maybe the because of his infusion of blood and energy it needs to be replenished like vitamin supplements are taken because the fetus takes what it needs from the mother and this isn't something that Kagome has in her body naturally so she needs Sesshoumaru to supplement that. Does this even sound plausable??? If the doctor has no idea what else could be causing it...Great job creating the suspence, Oroyukae, really good job! You know, there's another thought I've been discussing with my daughter, PJ, she thinks it's very possible that the pup is trying to change Kagome to suit his needs. However considering her miko ability, this could be the reasons as to why she's in so much pain. The pup wants his way, so to speak, and the miko powers want theirs. Of course, looking at it this way opens up a whole new can of worms. I wonder where they'll wriggle off to. I look forward to seeing that in your next chapter. My daughter was born with my sense of curiosity and her father's sense of reasoning, so we just could not resist putting our debate down for your inspection. JEN

Oh how I know what Sesshoumaru is going through. My husband is the very same way(maybe he's part inuyoukai?) Anyway, 30 yrs living with him being highly possessive and if any man pays too much attention to me you could feel the temperature in the room drop 20 degrees. My doctor is female too! Even though I'm disabled (and like who would want me in this condition?) he still trusts no man around me for long. It's kind of endearing in a way but then it's like I want to just shake him, I'm no great prize, you know? Poor Sesshoumaru, I'm sure after the tests come back they'll both feel alot better. oh and I thought they didn't want anyone to know? Any youkai will sense it. Are they going to keep Kags in her office away from people for awhile? JEN
