I really love how you've done this story. It has angst without being hopelessly stupid the way many are (i.e. "oh, inuyasha chose her... whatever shall i do? "). the only question i have is the same one the manga and anime left me with... how DID Kagome function with no (or half) her soul? It's no big thing, and in NO way ruins my enjoyment of this. Just a personal curiosity of mine :). Can't wait for the rest.

You are a much better person than me.  I can't feel sorry for Inuyasha's death.  At least now Kikyo and Inuyasha are together, and they won't be able to bring sorrow or pain to anyone else.  Now, Kagome just has to make Naraku pay.  So many bad things have happened because of his greed and selfishness.  I hope that Kagome can live through the battle!  She doesn't deserve to die, it's time for her to find a little bit of happiness.  Hopefully Sesshoumaru will be able to help her with that!  I'm so glad that you updated again.  Thank you for giving Kagome her soul back.  Even though it's still full of pain and suffering, it's better than her being a puppet.  Please post more soon!

I'm so glad that you updated!  Poor Kagome, she is so lifeless, and she has to deal with Naraku licking her.  Yucky.  Now she's going to try to kill Sesshoumaru and her friends all because Inuyasha won't beg for her forgiveness?  Knowing him, he's just happy that Kikyo is alive.  He had better beg for her forgiveness, or I'll find someway to come through my computer to torture him!  I know how to use hair wax and I have a sturdy pair of tweezers that I would be happy to use on him!!  :)  Please come back soon with your next update!  I really, really can't wait to read more!

My heart is broken because you just had to do it.  Now Kagome is Naraku's to use and break.  How will she survive, even as a puppet when Naraku uses her body and breaks her mind.  I am so sad for her.  I knew that Sesshoumaru shouldn't have left.  I just wish that he would get back soon.  The least he could do is kill Kikyo, then maybe Kagome could get her soul back!  Please update soon!

Nice! Thankyou for updating so quickly. This chapter was so great, what a fun pastime, bathing with Sesshoumaru. I can't wait to see what he brought her. Somehow, I just hope it isn't anything as overused as flowers...even if it was one  of kagome's suggestions... :p Until next time~

Yeah!  Hotsprings with Kagome and Sesshoumaru!  Could this chapter have gotten any better?  I don't think so!  i love this update!  Thank goodness Sesshoumaru was there to protect Kagome from the demon and from having everyone see her naked.  That would have been embarassing.   I just wish Sesshoumaru wouldn't be leaving her alone for the night.  I'm afraid something bad is going to happen with Kikyo and Inuyasha there.  Please post more soon!
